What I Ate Wednesday Healthy Holiday Recipes


Breakfast – 1 whole egg + 2 whites w/ spinach, onion, tomato, cheddar cheeseIMG_1936[1]

Lunch– spinach salad: carrots, roasted red peppers, onion, pickles, mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, bee pollen, annie’s raspberry dressingIMG_1905[1]

Dinner – linguini w/marinara, mushrooms, asparagus               IMG_1900[1]Snacks: pear, granola bar, applesauce



  • sunday – snowboarding!
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 4 mile run + leg circuit
  • wednesday – 6 mile run + yoga
  • thursday – spin + arms circuit
  • friday – 6 mile run + yoga
  • saturday – snowboarding!

  4. I’ve seen those Go Go Squeezes everywhere, but I don’t know… Something about the container kind of freaks me out. Are they pretty good? They seem like they’d be liquidy.

    • I actually didn’t think I would like the squeeze container either, but I love it now! The applesauce is really good and basically the normal consistency you would get in a jar. Give em a try!
