Case of the Monday’s

Hey everybody! Happy belated Veterans’s Day and a huge thank you to I all of our troops! How was your weekend?

Mine started with a run in the park- it was one of those where everything just felt really good and if I didn’t have somewhere to be, I would have just kept on running!

On my walk home, I stopped at Road Runners to pick up mine and Joe’s marathon medals.

Kind of weird to get a medal for a race I never ran, but guess we did pay a lot of money for the race and they are just going to be thrown away, so might as well get it right?

Then Joe and I hopped in the jeep and headed to Jersey. His parents took us to dinner, which is always fun and delicious! Salmon with asparagus, crab, artichokes, and peppers for me!

After dinner we went to a friends for a couple drinks.

The next morning we met with the whole family for his Aunts birthday brunch. Then Joe and I ran a bunch of errands.

It was a pretty low key weekend, but for some reason, really exhausting and I am definitely having a little trouble getting moving this morning!

It’s the last full week of work for Joe and I and we have a bunch more packing to do so it’s going to be a busy one!  Hope you all have a fantastic Monday!

How was your weekend? Do you have any veterans in your family?
