I missed WIAW last week since I was stuck out west due to Hurricane Sandy. This week I am back in action! Thanks, as always Jenn for organizing!
Breakfast:Lunch: random stuff….
Workouts: I expected to change up my workouts a lot this week since I would have run a marathon on Sunday, but since that didn’t happen, I still have a major desire to run. So, I am going with it….
- sunday – 10k run in the park with 2,000 displace marathoners
- monday – rest
- tuesday – 4 mile run
- wednesday – hot yoga + 45 min elliptical
- thursday – 12 mile run (depending on nor-easter)
- friday – hot yoga
- saturday – 6 mile run
**this is totally subject to change – I no longer have a training plan, which feels totally weird, so trying to come up with my own. I will find another race to do soon, but life is about to get a little crazy, so it has to take a back seat right now….BIG ANNOUNCEMENT coming TOMORROW!!
