WIAW + Workouts #20

I missed WIAW last week since I was stuck out west due to Hurricane Sandy. This week I am back in action! Thanks, as always Jenn for organizing!

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: 

1 egg + 2 whites with onion, broccoli, gruyere cheese + 1 slice whole wheat toast

Lunch: random stuff….

Dinner:

tomato,mozzarella,basil panini (ate half)

Snacks:  

Workouts: I expected to change up my workouts a lot this week since I would have run a marathon on Sunday, but since that didn’t happen, I still have a major desire to run. So, I am going with it….

  • sunday – 10k run in the park with 2,000 displace marathoners
  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 4 mile run
  • wednesday – hot yoga + 45 min elliptical
  • thursday – 12 mile run (depending on nor-easter)
  • friday – hot yoga
  • saturday – 6 mile run

**this is totally subject to change – I no longer have a training plan, which feels totally weird, so trying to come up with my own. I will find another race to do soon, but life is about to get a little crazy, so it has to take a back seat right now….BIG ANNOUNCEMENT coming TOMORROW!!

  1. I absolutely love paninis and that one I get sometimes bc it’s so yummy. Hope you find another race soon (if you still want to do one in the near future) and I am dying to know (for certain) the big announcement, lol! Happy hump day. 🙂

    • I definitely want to do a race soon, but probably just a 1/2. Looking for one in Colorado now:) I really wanted NYC to be my first full (and final race as a New Yorker) so having mixed feelings about signing up for another full right now. We shall see!!
