**life totally got in the way of workouts last week and I feel like I barely did anything. 2 short runs and one day of elliptical and that was all! NO yoga 😦 I am going to try to balance it out with a little extra this week, but trying to hold back too so I don’t mess with the taper….plus, Joe and I are heading out of town Thursday-Sunday, so it’s going to be tricky again! Ahhh the difficulties of life..haha
- monday – 6 mile run (didn’t do over the weekend )
- tuesday – no time 😦
- wednesday – 12-13 mile run + hot yoga
- thursday – 4 mile run + hot yoga
- friday – elliptical in hotel gym? (totally schedule dependent)
- saturday – 4 mile run (schedule dependent again)
- sunday – REST!
