Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: 

Lunch:  

1/2 sandwich: hummus, lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles

Dinner:  

1/2 white 1/2 yolk scrambled eggs, salad, vegan chorizo

Snacks:  

Halloween Treat: carving pumpkins!                                      

Workouts:

**life totally got in the way of workouts last week and I feel like I barely did anything. 2 short runs and one day of elliptical and that was all! NO yoga 😦 I am going to try to balance it out with a little extra this week, but trying to hold back too so I don’t mess with the taper….plus, Joe and I are heading out of town Thursday-Sunday, so it’s going to be tricky again! Ahhh the difficulties of life..haha

  • monday – 6 mile run (didn’t do over the weekend )
  • tuesday – no time 😦
  • wednesday – 12-13 mile run + hot yoga
  • thursday – 4 mile run + hot yoga
  • friday – elliptical in hotel gym? (totally schedule dependent)
  • saturday – 4 mile run (schedule dependent again)
  • sunday – REST!

  1. I wish I could eat as well as you…I eat at least double that, lol! Sorry life is busy busy for you lately but it could be good to keep the taper in check as we all know how mentally challenging it can be to cut back during that time, hehe. Hope you two have a nice trip! 🙂

    • A lot of random snacks don’t get pictures snapped, so it’s not always as good as you think. Plus, I don’t work out nearly as much/hard as you, and I am a billion years old so require less food. haha

  2. Oh I miss taking hot yoga classes at home! They are soo great. I bet they’d be even better following up that 12-13 mile run! hope you have a good trip, I always get stressed planning workouts when going out of town.

  3. Hummus + crackers will always be one of my go to snacks 🙂 So addicting.
