Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: 

My TJ’s finally got the pumpkin flavor!

Lunch: 

hummus, cheese, spinach (ate the first half before I snapped a pic 🙂

Dinner:                                                                                 

butternut squash soup w/ chick peas, broccoli, carrots

Snacks: 

Halloween Treat:                                                             

Pumpkin Ice cream!

Workouts:

  • sunday – 2 hours climbing gym
  • monday – REST!
  • tuesday – 5 mile run
  • wednesday – HIIT class + hot yoga
  • thursday –  4 mile run
  • friday – hot yoga +6 mile run
  • saturday – away

**had to swap this weekends 15 mile run for next weekends 6 because we are away. Hopefully this will work out ok!

  2. Wow this looks so good. Honestly, don’t worry about switching a workout one weekend to the next. Your runs are a collection of them all not an individual workout.

      I have actually switched up training a lot and missed a couple long runs. But, I just get a little nervous changing the taper the 2 weeks before the marathon. I think you are right that it will be fine though 🙂

  4. I love butternut squash soup! SO yummy on a Fall day. I’ll have to look out for the pumpkin ice cream…I’d be interested in trying that. Nice week of workouts! 🙂

  5. Oh, how I wish I had a Trader Joe’s nearby. I would be all over that yogurt! Aren’t popchips the best? I went to a conference this past summer, and they were a sponsor. We had unlimited, free popchips! I fell in love with the sweet potato flavor!
