- monday – REST!
- tuesday – 5 mile run
- wednesday – HIIT class + hot yoga
- thursday – 4 mile run
- friday – hot yoga +6 mile run
- saturday – away
**had to swap this weekends 15 mile run for next weekends 6 because we are away. Hopefully this will work out ok!
