WIAW + Workouts # 17

Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday….time for another round of What I ate Wednesday organized by Jenn.

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: pumpkin coffee + greek yogurt w/ banana, chia, 1 scoop coconut almond butter

Lunch: salad!

Dinner: Pumpkin soup + crab & cheddar grilled cheese

Snacks: 

Halloween treat!

Workouts

  • sunday – rock climb
  • monday – 4 mile run
  • tuesday – rest
  • wednesday – 6 mile run
  • thursday – hot yoga
  • friday – hot yoga
  • saturday- 20 mile run (EEK!)
