WIAW + Workouts #14

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: 

blueberry protein pancakes

Lunch: 

salad + unpictured slice of bread with hummus and cheese

Dinner: 

panko breaded tofu with vegetable rice +sirracha

Snacks: 

dark chocolate covered goji berries

Workouts:

  • monday – 5 mile run
  • tuesday- 45 minutes elliptical + abs
  • wednesday – 12 mile run (long run missed on saturday)
  • thursday – hot yoga
  • friday – 4 mile run
  • saturday – IRELAND!
  • sunday – IRELAND!

Are there cooler temps happening where you live? Has that changed/affected your normal workout routine with week?
