WIAW + Workouts #13

Blog fail….I wrote a whole post on my16 mile run yesterday and it just disappeared into the blogosphere! So….I will rewrite it and put it up tomorrow…stupid internet!

Peas and Crayons

First September WIAW! Woohoo! As always, thanks to Jenn for being the master planner!

Breakfast: 

Lunch: 

hummus, cucumber, onion, white cheddar, pickles

Dinner: 

balsamic tempeh, green beans, knish

Snacks: unpictured carrots & hummus, cheese & crackers

Workouts

  • monday – rest
  • tuesday – 4 mile run
  • wednesday – hot yoga
  • thursday – 8 mile run
  • friday – elliptical
  • saturday  – 12 mile run
  • sunday – rest

  1. Ugh what an annoyance!! That would’ve made me so mad if it is just disappeared after all that time you put into it :(. I guess I’ll just have to look forward for tomorrow now.

    • haha- i totally thought about leaving it up as a teaser, but figured that would just be mean 😉
      also- i definitely didn’t eat enough on tuesday- i was so full from the weekend still, i just didn’t have much appetite!
