What is your favorite type of crossing training? Hot yoga or spinning
What is your favorite song to run to?
Changes all the time! I often listen to The Pogues (crazy Irish band)
What brand shoes do you wear when you run?

Beanie in the winter. Sometimes a hat in the summer if it’s really sunny.
What temperature is your favorite for running?
50-55 and cloudy
Do you have any big races coming up?
NYC Marathon!!!!! Wooooooooo!
What is your favorite distance?
Everyday run- 10k, racing 13.1 🙂
Are you a morning, noon or evening runner?
Definitely morning….I completely lose motivation as the day goes on. Plus I love starting the day with a run- it seems to make everything better.
Do you run solo or with a buddy?
Usually solo, but I’ve been doing long runs with the boyfriend lately.

What did you love about your first race?
The energy level, the excitement, adrenalin.

I’ve been running on and off since college, but my first race was about 2 years ago.

Long runs…sometimes they suck, but you can’t beat the feeling of accomplishment afterward!
