It’s Wednesday, you say?? Well, ok then- here’s to another WIAW organized by Jenn!

Peas and Crayons

tuna with onions & tomato on whole wheat

black bean taco X 2

twizzlers + NYC background 🙂

Workouts:

  • monday- rest
  • tuesday – 4mile run
  • wednesday – hot yoga
  • thursday – 6 mile run
  • friday – hot yoga
  • saturday – rest
  • sunday – 16 mile run

  6. Ooh, your taco looks like it was delicious! How did you like the Luna bar? I don’t think I’ve ever tried that flavor. And you got in some solid workouts! How do you feel hot yoga affects your running? (I always feel dead and uber sore after doing hot yoga, so I try not to do it during training for big races.)

    • You have to try the honey pretzel- so good!
      I seem to be ok if I only do yoga twice a week. I think think if I tried to do more it might kill me. It definitely takes a lot out of me, so doing it on running days is usually not the best idea, but it’s usually alright if it’s just a short run 🙂
