Peas and Crayons

Breakfast:

1 whole egg + 2 whites w/ spinach, tomato & mozzarella

Lunch:

smoked salmon

Dinner:

panko crusted flounder, mashed sweet potato, green beans

Snacks:

Workouts

  • monday – random rest day (I was super lazy!)
  • tuesday – 4 mile run + hot yoga
  • wednesday – spin
  • thursday – 7 mile run + circuit
  • friday – hot yoga
  • saturday – 10 mile run
  • sunday – rest

  4. How is yoga?? I’ve been wanting to try it or pilates, but can’t decide which one. Those cherries look good! I wish they were in season still!!!

  5. Your workouts are nicely spaced and a good variety!! I wish I could get myself to yoga more, I know i would help so so much. And it’s ok to have 2 rest days a week! I betcha your body is stronger now because of it 🙂

    • Yes, I definitely needed that rest day! I’m trying to get better about going to yoga too. At least once a week is my goal right now, but after the marathon I would love to bump it up to 3 times a week (just don’t have the time now!). I definitely see a difference in my body when I am going more regularly though.
