Oh your lunch looks delicious girl!! This may seem like such a weird question; but what kinda bread is it on?
It was just a french baguette from the bakery. Not a lot of nutritional value, but so delicious. Joe made a sandwich too, but pressed his in the panini maker!
Ohh Joe’s sounds delicious too!!
I know…I was so torn on going cold or panini!! Luckily he is a sweetheart and shares bites with me 🙂
Oh he’s definitely a keeper than 🙂
What kid of cereal is that?? It looks good 🙂
Its called Wholesome Goodness wheat, oats, and flax. The nutritional stats are great, but it tastes pretty bland. Definitely needs fruit, yogurt etc.. added.
Tasty looking sandwich!!
Thanks! I have become such a sandwich fan lately!
I want that sandwich, lol. Nice workouts girl! 🙂
Everything looks delicious! That sandwich for lunch is making my mouth water. I love crusty bread like that!
I know….the bread was really good 🙂
Gouda is like the best cheese ever! That being said, I want your sandwich…NOW!! Haha!
How do you like hot yoga? I’ve never tried it before (my stupid close minded town doesn’t even HAVE a yoga studio) but I’ve always been curious. I want to try to find a place and try it at least once, but I’m a little scared that like pass out or something half way through! LOL
LOVE Gouda!
I actually really like hot yoga. i didn’t think I would because I sort of can’t stand heat! But it’s more intense than a regular yoga class and because the heat loosens your muscles you can really get a deep stretch.
