Acadia + Bar Harbor = Lobstah Love

We had an absolute blast yesterday! Joe and I got up nice and early and packed breakfast bagels and an orange to go. About 2 hours later we arrived in Acadia and set off to find Otter Cliffs. It was incredibly foggy, so I was never able to get very good pictures while we climbed.

Without fog, this is what it would look like.

After a couple hours on the cliffs, we packed up the gear and headed into Bar Harbor.

We shared a lobster roll and sweet potato fries for lunch while enjoying the view.

soooooooo yummy

Then we walked around town and shopped for a bit. I was attacked by an ice cream eating lobster….it happens….

Not sure if we are moose, deer, or elk – thoughts?

Eventually, we stopped for dinner. Escargot stuffed mushrooms.

And ahi tuna topped with mango and & lobster mashed potatoes

After dinner, we grabbed some coffee and a slice of blueberry pie and enjoyed a local concert on the lawn.

It was a perfect end to a fantastic day! I don’t want to go home tomorrow!!
