WIAW + workouts (Maine edition)

Peas and Crayons

This will look totally different from my usual WIAW since I am on complete vacation. My sister cooks amazing breakfasts and my step-mom makes really incredible dinners. Needless to say, I am eating a bit less healthy this week and it’s a good thing I’m in marathon training. haha!

Breakfast: greek yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, drizzle of honey, 1/2 slice banana-nut bread

Lunch: chips & home-made guacamole

Dinner: crab roll, corn on the cob, salad

Snacks: 

pretzels

beer, cheese, chips, and home-made mango salsa…eaten on the dock 🙂

Workouts

  • Monday – 13 mile run
  • Tuesday – 13 bike ride
  • Wednesday – 3.5 mile run
  • Thursday – rock climbing + hiking in Acadia National Park
  • Friday – 15 mile run (bumping up the weekends long run)
  • Saturday – rest (driving back to NYC)
  • Sunday -6 mile run or elliptical (depends on legs)

  1. I think your unhealthy eating is still relatively healthy. 🙂 I mean, there’s not gobs and gobs of deep-fried food in your photos, so I think you’re still doing pretty well. Enjoy your vacation!

  3. I agree with Beth, that still looks pretty dang healthy, lol! I LOVVEEE the hint of lime tostitos…with guac or sour cream…so yummy! Enjoy your vacation girl! Yay for Acadia tomorrow! 🙂
