Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: greek yogurt, granola with pumpkin seed, flax, chia seeds

Snack: watermelon

Lunch: salad: spinach, romaine, tomato, carrot, goat cheese + 1/2 smoked salmon, cream cheese & pickle sandwich on whole wheat bread

Snack: pickles + goldfish

Dinner: shrimp & veggie kabobs with whole wheat cous cous

2 with sausage for Joe

Dessert: a square of dark chocolate with chili!


  • Monday – 45 min elliptical  + gym circuit from the adorable Jessie
  • Tuesday – random rest day
  • Wednesday – 3 mile run
  • Thursday – hot yoga + 45 min elliptical
  • Friday – 5-7 mile run (see how I feel)
  • Saturday – REST
  • Sunday – 10k run (look weird? announcement coming soon!)

  3. That dark chocolate with chili sounds interesting!…never saw that before…may have to pick some of that up for the hubby and I. Stay cool! 🙂

    • haha- I know it totally looks weird, but I have a slight addiction to both of those foods. I could seriously sit down with a whole jar and bag and demolish them 🙂

  6. Your meals look delicious, especially breakfast! Mixing the granola and yogurt with all of those toppings was a great idea. I need to start eating chia seeds.
