Happy Fourth of July!!!
I usually show my Tuesday eats so I can post early on Wednesday, but Joe and I spent the day at the drop zone and then rushed to a birthday party, so it was a really wacky (bad) day of eating!
Breakfast: skinny caramel macchiato and banana in the car
Lunch: (more like random snacks) string cheese, pretzels, cheddar penguins
Dinner: threw together a quick wrap containing: spinach, hummus, shrimp, tomato in a whole wheat tortilla and was so hungry I forgot to take a picture!
Joe and I had to rush downtown for Stella’s birthday party at The Dream Hotel
Extra food/drinks: at the PH-D lounge at Dream, I had a glass of pinot grigio and some chips and guacamole
Then we moved to a really cool bar called The Tippler where I had a couple Six Point Sweet Action beers, but for some reason took a picture of my friend Jari’s cocktail.
Again, it was a pretty bad food day and an even worse blogger picture taker day! But, I thought it would be good to show it because not every day is going to perfect and you just have to make adjustments so everything balances out 🙂 That’s life!
Workouts: Marathon training began this week, so workouts are going to look a little different for the next few months…a lot more running than I have been doing lately.
- Monday: 45 minutes elliptical + P90X ab ripper
- Tuesday: 3 mile run
- Wednesday:
3 mile runit’s hot and shins need a rest, so probably elliptical instead - Thursday: 5 mile run
- Friday: REST (maybe yoga)
- Saturday: 8 mile run
- Sunday: REST

Never tried X2…is it crazy hard??
