Happy Wednesday! It’s time for another round of What I ate Wednesday brought to you by Jenn.

Peas and Crayons

Breakfast: coffee with Irish cream creamer & blueberry greek yogurt with granola

AM Snack: banana

Lunch: whole wheat cinnamon raisin english muffin with TJ’s valencia PB & Michigan blueberry jam + salad: spinach, tomato, hard boiled egg white, spicy pickle, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, raisins, goji berries, w/ Annie’s lite goddess dressing

PM Snack: grapes & string cheese

Dinner: Cold summer salad: cous cous, white beans, tomatoes, zucchini, canned salmon, black olives, feta cheese, drizzled with lemon juice, salt & pepper

Dessert: nutella flavored tasti D’lite

Workouts:  

  • Monday: REST
  • Tuesday:  3.5 mile run
  • Wednesday: 6 mile run + yoga
  • Thursday: 4 mile run + p90x abs
  • Friday: 45 minutes elliptical + p90x abs
  • Saturday: mom’s in town!!
  • Sunday: mom’s in town!!
